The hotel is right in front of the train station. The welcome from the staff was amazing, and they were thoughtful (they really care!). The view from the restaurants at the top is wonderful, even with the storm clouds. Breakfast was great with many options to try. I especially enjoyed the Moroccan breakfast.
The mattress and pillows did not have the typical quality I expect. The soundproofing is very poor. I could hear neighbors and the main road. It was quite disturbing (it affected my sleep!). There was no real way to relax.

The location proved convenient, situated just across from the train station. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and everything tasted good. I found the room spacious. It had a massive bathtub, so a bubble bath was enjoyable.
The soundproofing was poor. We heard noises from neighboring rooms and the road, really disturbing.

The breakfast floor on the 15th has friendly people. Yasmina, Dua'a, Zainab, Radhia, Hakima, Hajar and Avi were all kind and helpful during the breakfast service each morning.

The hotel provides excellent facilities including a rooftop bar with excellent city views. A sea view from the restaurant added to the overall experience. I also noted that the gym is large and well-equipped.

The staff demonstrated politeness and a genuine eagerness to accommodate guests. Both Maryams from housekeeping were attentive, and Hakeemah and Yussra, from the breakfast restaurants, were helpful.

The hotel location is perfect, offering proximity to key amenities and attractions. It's very close to the train station. This proximity greatly facilitated transportation and exploration of the surrounding area .

The location was convenient, near the train station and linked to a mall. Arranging a day trip to Chefchaouen was simple, thanks to the reception staff. The food at the pool bar was AMAZING!!! It was served promptly and offered good value.

the cleanliness was acceptable, though not really good.
The room i was initially assigned had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. It emitted a loud screeching noise all night. despite reporting this to the front desk, the issue remained unresolved for an entire day. i had to request a room change multiple times before finally being moved late in the evening.
